Three tests to tell them apart
- Burgundy against mahogany. Deep Winter takes the burgundy and mahogany looks dusty; Deep Autumn takes the mahogany and burgundy looks harsh.
- Metal test. Silver against bronze, held under the chin. Depth is identical here, so undertone is the only thing left to read.
